Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 30 July 2026. ByteDC Solutions Co., Ltd., Cambodia's first Tier III–designed data centre and sovereign cloud provider, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SKAI Technology, the Phnom Penh software and AI company. Under the MoU, SKAI Technology will host its AI platform, internal tools, and client solutions on ByteDC cloud services in Cambodia, and will recommend ByteDC to its Cambodian clients for hosting, cloud, data, and infrastructure needs.

Under the MoU, ByteDC will host SKAI Technology's applications on ByteDC infrastructure in Phnom Penh.
Running those applications in Cambodia means the software and AI services SKAI Technology delivers are hosted in the same country as the businesses and people who use them. Both companies see in-country hosting as a practical step for Cambodian organisations that want their systems and their data to stay in Cambodia.
The MoU is a framework for that work. Scope, timelines, and commercial terms will be set out in a separate agreement between the two companies.
