Digital Marketing Executives

The Role

We're seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing activities across content creation, event management, website updates, and campaign execution. This hands-on role offers broad exposure to B2B tech marketing in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Write marketing copy: website content, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, case studies

• Optimize content for SEO and engagement

• Maintain content calendar and asset library

Event Management:

• Plan and execute presence at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events

• Manage logistics: vendor coordination, booth setup, materials, registrations

• Create pre/post-event marketing campaigns

• Organize webinars and virtual events

Website Management:

• Update and publish content for website

• Monitor performance using GA4

• Optimize pages for great user experience

• Implement SEO best practices

Campaign Coordination:

• Execute email campaigns

• Manage social media scheduling

• Support paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook)

• Generate performance reports and insights

Social Media:

• Schedule and publish social media content

• Engage with community and monitor conversations

• Track metrics and optimize performance

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience (tech sector preferred)

• Excellent Khmer and English writing and editing skills (Chinese is a plus)

• Experience with CRM or similar marketing automation tools

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Familiarity with website CMS, SEO, and analytics tools

• Event planning and coordination experience

• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Data center/cloud/technology industry experience

• Any website builder experience

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva)

• Understanding of AI marketing tools
