Customer Relationship Intern

Job Summary:

Customer Relationship Intern is responsible for driving revenue growth by aggressively acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. This role requires a strong focus on selling ByteDC's specialized data center and IT infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect, identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through a combination of cold calling, networking, social selling (LinkedIn), and industry event participation.

• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand prospective clients' technical and business requirements

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target customer

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in our Hubspot to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to effectively position ByteDC Solutions against competitors.

• Work closely with pre-sales engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from prospect to client.

Qualifications:

• University student in Year 3-4 in bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, sales, marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in sales IT solutions is a plus

• Good command English, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and strong commitment and problem-solving skills.
