Job Summary:
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading a specialized sales department within the ByteDC Solutions sales division, focused on achieving aggressive revenue targets across our core offerings: Colocation, Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, and Cybersecurity. This leader will be instrumental in developing and executing the company's sales strategy, driving business growth, building high-performing sales teams, and establishing ByteDC Solutions as the premier Tier III datacenter and IT solutions provider in Cambodia.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and plan to penetrate key market segments and achieve annual revenue and profit targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting enterprise-level clients, high-growth SMEs, and government/NGO sectors.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
Sales Leadership and Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), sales goals, and compensation plans for the department.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and successful deal closure.
Oversee the management of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate reporting, pipeline forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Data Center and Cloud Expertise:
Understand of business acumen and product knowledge
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data center infrastructure, cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and hybrid IT solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data center technologies (e.g., colocation, power, cooling, networking) and cloud platforms (e.g., Huawei, AWS, Azure,etc.).
Clearly articulate the technical and business benefits of the company’s solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Have a good communication and connect with strategic account
Clearly understand of political mapping of each account
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing proactive support and addressing client inquiries and issues promptly.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, resolving escalations and coordinating internal resources.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.
Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress against targets.
Participate in sales meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in management or enterprise sales, preferably in the data center or cloud solutions industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a complex sales environment.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud services, and IT solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Cloud certifications (e.g., Huawei HCCDA, AWS, Azure, etc) is a plus.
Experience selling IT product or managed services.
Ability to travel as required.
